I ordered both from GMG.

I've found that GMG usually releases the codes about 48 hours before the game drops.

I pre-ordered Wolfenstein: The Old Blood from GMG earlier this year and I got my Steam key two or three days before release (about a day after pre-load started).

I ordered both from GMG. Fallout 4 the day it was announced, the season pass a day or so ago. Great discount on both.

I expect to have the code when it goes live on Steam.
