So I arrive in shivering isles and have to go to the inn to find the lady. Why is the owner soooo droopy? She's slouching over and all that haha, what's up with that?

It's going to get weirder than that.

That's just life in the Shivering Isles.

Dredhwen just appears to be perpetually tired. She's not exactly an insomniac, since she sleeps alot - she just doesn't go to bed.

She is a very unique NPC, because she's one of the few with a different body shape (mesh).

It's going to get weirder than that....

Yes, if you think that's weird, just wait. Even in Passwall, take a look in Jayred Ice Veins house. Or talk to the "Mayor" Shelden - "I amaze me."

Try grummite-infested dungeons. My battlemage legionnaire has recently clean one of them, and found tons of madness one on their copses.

Also, ruins are generally the best overall places to look for ore, where tree caves are for amber.

P.D: It HAS to be on Mania? Can't you go for a trip to Dementia?

I haven't been to dementia yet. No spoilers Please. I just came here to spoil locations. Not the DLC :)

There isn't much to exploit apart from the name. You'll find grummites soon enough, if you haven't found them already. Look for dens of them, and you'll get tons of madness ore.
