Will FO4 incorporate some FNV and FO3 MODS?

I just posted in the Agility Video topic:

"For A-6, there was a mod with a a perk of...

"Outsmarting Booletz (level 10) (rank 1) (Passive) (Req: +7 Agility)
You may not be able to outsmart your enemy..but maybe you could outsmart their bullets. With this perk, your damage threshold goes up by 5 while moving around."

Maybe they took this on as a new vanilla perk?"

Which made me wonder: Is FO4 using mods from old games to create and enhance this new perk system? Other things? I, for one, think this is a great tribute to the fans and modders of the game.

Pretty much Wow added a slew of stuff that was on Curse site.

Fallout

Added what was the mod called New Vagas Settler.

Bound to be more stuff that is really apparent when we play the game.

I'd say they already have.

Of course, it's not really as simple as Bethesda just incorporating mods they like one for one. They usually take the general ideas and do it their own way, and decide the best way to run with it. Other times I feel like Bethesda and modders just have the same ideas, especially if it's obvious things (like turning harvestable plants into activators instead of containers, or adding iron sights).

They took a lot from mods already, including but not limited to grenade hotkey, sprint, and settlement management to name a couple. Though I'm pretty sure they might of happened to have some of those ideas before modders ever implemented them so maybe it's not fair to say they "took" the ideas from some mods.
