Performance isn't all that good for me, despite being over the recommended. I know my graphics card's nothing much, but I should still be fine for high.

Seems to be dropping down into the low 40s a lot around the strip area. Can't seem to explain it. I remember in Fallout 3, looking at specific locations with nothing of interest in them would make my fps plumet through the floor.
