I really liked the fact of having my house in diamond city, but when I found out you couldn't add alot of things to the house like a weapon crafting table I was kind of upset. The reason I'm making this is I'm just wondering if it has been stated as to why these features aren't available.

I can understand things like generators and stuff that you wouldn't put in an enclosed room but why did they leave so much out?

Maybe because they are all located in the market? And they wanted to make the home crafting system more lucrative?

If I wanted to use the weapon crafting table in the market or any crafting table I would have to carry everything I need on me to do that. Why wouldn't I just fast travel to sanctuary and use the stations there. I mean you know what I mean, there's really no reason why their can't be a weapons bench in the house.

How do you even get that house? I've received a house in Vault 81, the Institute, Pyrdwen (Danse's old diggs) and the root cellar in Sanctuary Hills. I've seen the house in Diamond City but haven't found anyone that offers it to you.

Talk to the Mayor's receptionist after you finish finding Nick. She'll offer you the house for 2000 caps.
