I you could experience your favorites again with clean slate

I often wished that i could just forget a game for couple of months, play my favorite game again and experience all of the wows and excitment all over again... and after finishing it, remember the last playthroughs again. :)

I bet this is the way i feel about Fallout 4 after couple of hundred of hours...

How about you??

This might get moved because it's not about Fallout 4, but oh well.

Honestly, I'd say The Last of Us on the PS3, what a freaking fantastic game and emotional trip. I'd also add Vagrant Story by Squaresoft on the PS1, it had so many awesome details and wonders in the mechanics, world, and story.

I wish I could replay oblivion and skyrim again without knowing everything about them. I play those and fallout 4 for months. Mainly fallout 4.

I often feel that way.. especially with puzzle type games like The longest Journey, Myst/Riven, Sanitarium. Once you've completed a game you know what your supposed to do.. complete it two times and you've memorized the thing. The only option is to set the game aside for 5+ years and hope you forget enough to be able to have some fun next time you play it. Then there's the older games like Baldur's Gate, Arcanum, Final Fantasy Tactics.. that I tend to play every year or so. I only really play them to pass the time, they are no longer challenging or difficult. My favorite all time games have become nothing more than familiar background noise to relax to. I tend to fade out and daydream while playing them.. "waking up" every now and then only to say. "How did I get this far already?"

Stepping off the boat in Morrowind. Absolute magic.

Though I wouldn't care to play MMOs again, there were several vistas that took my breath away in WoW and Guild Wars 2. First time I walked into Ironforge I was playing on my front end projector. Pitch black room suddenly lit by the glow of the forge on a 6 foot wide screen.
