I have several hours in the game, without any major issues, until today. Everytime I'm in Sanctuary, whether I fast travel there or go by foot, the game crashes and gives me an error code within a minute (usually about 20-30 seconds) of being in the settlement. I've tried logging offline, as recommended on another message board, but it's still giving me an error code. The crash only seems to happen when I'm in Sanctuary. But, since the crash has happened I've only traveled to a few other locations. Is there anything I can do to fix this? Or is a patch going to be available?

The game and system are both up to date.
