I bought Fallout 4 on the PSN early. I am now level 26 and whenever I try to fast travel or when i discover a new location the game crashes and gives me the CE-34878-0 message. I have tried redownloading, rebuilding, and reinitializing. I have tried taking off the pip boy app as well. I am completely stuck. I have written a over the past few days to customer support. I have talked to sony support as well. no help there. Please help me out Beth PLEASE.

It is happening to me too although mine is a little worse. I cannot equip a weapon at all. Bethesda have requested my save data which I sent them so I hope they can gather the information from it to fix it.

Check the above link and see if the method I found helps. This method I use though is mainly to fix the equipping weapon crash I get and seems to work with map crashing, at least for me. Hope that helps.
