I started the quest with Rufus after I've send buddy to a settlement after countless attempts to get him to goodneighbor I finally managed to get him now I'm stuck at the talk to hotel staff part they don't give me any other dialogue options Rufus and Fred only offer to barter and marowski only and claire only rant and offer me a room respectively. Any idea on how to solve this have spent last 2 hours trying to solve this since I hate incomplete quests I love to see my quest log empty.
