It has plenty of swearing and violence in it, just like the game. Can I post it here with a 15+ rating or something or is it a no go?

The forums have a 13+ rating, that applies to them all no matter what the rating of the game is. Bad language and excess violence will not be acceptable.

Where you would swear try a [Censored] posting instead eg

He reacted slowly and the ball hit him square in the face, '[Censored] me tom, not so hard a throw next time' he said rubbing the wound.

If I see excessive [censored] tags, I am gonna get grumpy as well. :stare:

Just to remind everyone -

2. Cursing/Swearing is not allowed.

We do not allow any bad language on these forums. Swearing, even with asterisks, intentionally misspelling, or other characters replacing letters is not allowed on this forum. Doing so will result in a warning for bypassing the autocensor. In addition, if your post contains close to nothing but [censored] tags, it too can be considered excessive swearing and be cause for a warning.

Hmm, I guess that's that idea gone. It has MacCready and Jericho as re-occurring so there would be -lots- of censor tags. I don't suppose there is anywhere a little less PG13 to share... am I even allowed to ask that on here?

An easy workaround is to say something like
He muttered a curse at the man, wincing in pain.
rather than using the word itself.

To be honest, there are many ways of making your writing effective without a swear word every 5 seconds. Sure, doing every so often is okay (in my opinion) because it gives a certain feel towards the character - but doing it every line just becomes kind of tiresome and awkward to read; especially with the auto censor.
