PC Collector's Edition Steam Code?

So I pre-ordered the Pip-Boy edition from Amazon (managed to get it on the 2nd round) and was wondering if Amazon will be sending out steam codes for the CE prior to the physical release? I'd kind of like to download the game before it physically arrives - since I'm sure that UPS won't deliver it at 12:01 AM on the 10th.

You will probably get it on the 9th so you can install over night or more likely have a quick blast at 1201 that lasts till the 20th before colapsing from hunger and lack of sleep
