Tried again to get a hold of Bethesda and am getting no response from them. I'm emailing them at their "contact us" site. Anyone else having trouble with this?

Same. No response in over 4 days.

Try getting ahold of them this way call 410-568-3685, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST Monday through Friday at least then you will know that someone heard what you had to say even if they all svck.

Going to call the number tomorrow. Sent 3 emails over the course of over 3 weeks, no response. I even promised to contact the BBB if they didn't respond. Just want this completely worthless game out of my life and never look at bethesda again...

They probably took all the phones off line because of too many people calling to complain. I've never played any PS3 game that was so completely broken.
