Not too worried since there will be mods for it, just have to wait a couple of months until the G.E.C.K is out.

I kinda like to fiddle around with the hardcoe settings aswell, since the eat/drink/sleep system tends to get quite boring after you get powerful and have LOTS of food/water on you at all times. It is mostly interesting in the start when you have to scavenge everything to survive. In the later stages of the game it is mainly an annoying chore.

I played Fo:NV in hardcoe mode, but honestly, I rarely noticed it. I didn't even need to cook anything, since I still found more stuff than I needed. So, I would play hardcoe in Fo4, if it were available, but I don't mind too much that it's not.
