Hi one and all, sorry if this has been asked already. In the new look skill levelling, does levelling up your special actual affect anything or is it purely to give you access to higher level perks that in-turn give you more powers? I.e. will your carrying ability increase in 'Strength' with every point you put on it?

yeah u get bonus from the specials too, more Strength increase the carried limit, same for Agility for more Action points.
