After seeing the full list of perks with every rank I do admit this is the best and most diverse set of perks ever in a BGS game. The ranks are incredible in each one!

I am not a fan of the visuals but seeing the perk list has quelled my doubts and has me super hyped.

It will be cool to see what skill magazines, bobblehead, and quest and achievement perks do in addition.

Most of them do what skills would've done, but there are some that act like proper perks.

Modders will be able to sort it out, anyway.

They really outdid themselves with perk ranks.

Ah okay I was wondering what the other things did. I thought the skill mags and bobblehead were seperate perks entirely. Do they tie into the established perk trees?
