I would have a House and Settlement contest. Who can build the best house and a settlement and upload it on twitter and or facebook. The winner get one of a kind weapon that nobody have. The second place will get a bobblehead and third place gets loot crate. I would have the contest every 2 months. no same winners secound and third place winners.

Odd sort of contest. If you are suggesting for beth to create assets for the game, then only allow a single person to use it?

It'd be better if they instead put that contest winners settlement in the game somewhere. Or give out additional tile-sets to improve the theme of that settlement.
