Are we seeing the beginning (continuation) of the internet cleansing?

With the lackluster release of information today (music and voice - which I like to read) No Game play, perk info, etc...Should we expect that Bethesda is officially out of the "game information" business until release?

I'm not looking for big spoilers. But, I was using them to create my character with the perk information. This info is only a secret until the first level up (exit vault). And, I know it' available elsewhere, just curious as to the philosophy of Beth pertaining to information.

I got onto it not but two hours ago. Hrrrrrm.

theyre just adding lots of new stuff. Both still up, just refresh til it works.

I've been refreshing for 2 hours. I get, at best, a minute or two prior to database errors. And, I could have sworn that Vault111 had reverted to old info in the brief moment I could see it. I just cleared my cache to be sure. No Joy. Strange.

However, the second part of the post is still a question for me: Does anyone thing Beth is going to issue any "official" information (gameplay, perks, etc.) on the game outside of nice "making of" stories?

Vault111 better not be down. How else am I suppose to tinker around to see what type of character I want to play before the game is released.
