Massive massive fallout fan here but I was looking forward to playing the campaign with a friend. How hard could it be to implement a feature that would allow a friend to tag along with you through the wasteland. I wouldn't even be mad if they implemented the feature but made it so interactive features were limited- I would even just be happy to see a character alongside mine while I talk to him through party chat?

Just imagine for a second an online fallout game mode similar to gta 5 online where you get to roam around the wasteland running into other wanderers, exploring vaults together, riding vehicles... Frustrated that the possibilities are so endless and that they will never be achieved

I won't lie, I'm happy it's single player only. I want Bethesda to concentrate on what they do best, make awesome open world games where you can do anything you want. I want online open world I'll go to GTA. I want a tight storyline I'll go to Bioware. I want "do whatever the Hell I want gameplay" I'll go Bethesda.

There are plenty of co op online games out there.

I really and honestly hate this "everything has to be co op" mentality. It takes away from the focus on single player gameplay.
