At around 37 seconds in, the woman who says, "I have a question . . . the only question that matters," etc., is that Lynda Carter a.k.a. Magnolia, or is it the voice of the woman who played Aela the Huntress, et al?

Yes it's her Courtenay Taylor heroic and inspiring to every being human and synth . A mother goddess come to save us all or at least help us save ourselves. As far as i know the magnificent majestic Lynda Carter is not playing the female character. She is playing the femme fatale with the seductive siren voice Magnolia
