Is there a list of WINDOWS based phones that will fit and work in the pip-boy?

If it's the size of an iPhone 6 or a galaxy s6 or smaller it should, but has the pip boy app been confirmed for windows phone?

what is needed to run it?

well, insofar as IOS devices go, my old IPAD 2 runs it fine.

So specs needed are low by todays standards.

It has crashed on me a couple times but am unsure if that is the apps problem or some new feature of the latest IOS, and my IPAD is bloated with

the very latest IOS.
