Mine just finished pre-loading. Only took like 2 hours or so so I was kinda worried, but the folder is 31 gig so... it should be okay. :unsure2:

Me too and during the day whenever i logged on it would do an update for a split second. This last one though took like eighteen minutes making the Fallout 4 folder grow from 23 GB to 24. Will be great if the whole game is pre-loaded already come midnight release day.

Mine is at 24 gigs now too, and Steam says game will be playable in around 9 hours. I'll let you know if there are any more downloads between then.

well at least I beat one 645 kb/s I live in the middle of nowhere Arizona so yeah...
