Are the stores that are selling the game early, not chain stores? For instance would I not be able to get it early at somewhere like Gamestop or Best Buy, but a not chain store may sell it?

As I said in a previous thread I'm leaving for vacation 2 days after the game launches so if there is a chance to get it early around here, I'm going to try.

I only know that if you've pre-ordered it some stores has already sent it out so people would get it in time. Alot of people here in Norway is already playing the game on console. Its locked on PC until release anyway. So i am not sure, but you won't find it in the shelves at Gamestop atleast.

In any sense a small store won't really order extra to sale otherwise it would just sit. So if you Preordered from then yes... But again small stores also have a higher chance of never getting enough to fill their order.

It just sounds like mom & pop size stores. And good on them; Fallout 4 is probably the only entertainment that their towns have .

Some are always going to slip through, and as long as they don't post media before the release date, then I don't think anyone cares.

I just bought one in a small local store, they told me they dont have to follow the "street date" or whatever its called.

Over here (germany) you can already get it nearly everywhere, no matter the size or brand of the shop.

Gamestop already sells aswell.
