420 kb/s. 16 hours. Meh. I choose not to pay for faster Internet. I'll take the cheapest option, thanks. Still fast enough to stream Netflix in HD. I have no need for anything faster.

and look at what has a good difference between Current Usage and Peak, then go to Steam -> Settings -> Download and change your location to the one you picked (I chose Australia VC), restart steam and watch speed return

Starting to wish I had per-ordered on Steam. Instead I ordered the physical version from Game as I had some store credit to use up.Now to consider:#1 Go to the Midnight opening -> insert disk -> start steam DL #2 Get there at 8 am and then do the download. I have 72GB DL so my only concern is how much strain the server will be under on Tuesday morning. Pity there is no way (that I can find) for the PC Physicals to pre load the additional data so only the physical disk would be required to play.It would be nice if the data on the disk allows some degree of play while the rest downloads. The bit up to emerging from Vault 111 for example. Some PS4 games do this.

I dunno which is worse.... Waiting for the game to release, or waiting for the release date whilst knowing the game is already downloaded to the PC.

It's like being a kid at Christmas when you can see your presnt and maybe even have an idea what it is..... But you're not allowed to touch it!!
