Who is that old woman. : Fallout 4

In the launch trailer we see a old woman who seems to be very important to the plot. but who is she, because to me she is either some deranged woman living in a sewer with the railroad. or she might be the protags wife or husband depending on what gender the person is playing.

So what I want to know is what are your thoughts on this mysterious character in the trailer.

Shes a woman Preston was escorting from Quincy, and she lives in the settlement at Sanctuary Hills. You can give her chems of various types which give her "visions" and she gives you hints about whats going to happen next. From what little I saw, it seems like giving her too many chems over the course of the game may kill her
