Most games have repeatable challenges or zones. One way Bethesda could implement this into fallout 4 would be an arena that scales in both levels of enemies and rewards based on player level.

I also hope they include places for high level players with insanely tough enemies... A base filled with nothing but legendary enemies and bosses comes to mind.

I love Bethesda games but i never felt very challenged as a high level player (lvl 35+). Do you think they will include any challenges for high level players or no? If not what mod would you like to see to address this?

Feck no!!!! This isn't Borderlands, this game does not need a horde mode...

It was just an idea.

I would be fine with tunnels or a vault or a fort filled with super badass enemies in the world that I would have to wait to go to till a higher level. It is nice to build up towards something and always have a hard challenge to face

I'm really hoping that little cage match thing we saw in one of the early videos is some deathmatch arena we can participate in anytime we want, and bet caps.

Enemies will be attacking your settlements and I guess random encounters will be something you can grind. As for a good challenge use mods.
