The use of vats (or lack of)

First of, real time shooting looks better in an trailer than VAT as in more action.

Was not much VAT use in Fallout 3 trailer either.

VAT has probably been nerfed some from Fallout 3 where it was pretty OP and shooting has been improved.

Might be more like FO:NV where I mostly used VAT at close range against moving enemies for the reliable headshots.

Still doesnt make you escape from the fact you need AP to use VATS. The amount of VATS you start off with is similar to FO3 so I'm assuming its about the same, just you know slow-mo instead of freezing!

No it's not useless, perception still affecting accuracy people with one perception even if could with their skills balance a little, dice still rolling background. 80% players are Shooters players so no way they use Vats. I don't care, I will use vats even if with 2 agility I will have to Vats and run to cover. But I love play that way.
