This is also to decrease the number of people I PM. Sort of annoying after a while, I'm sure, and a thread to be viewed by the entire forum will offer w ider and more broad view of opinions and suggestions.
You've been lernt.
The main idea is, an Enclave experiment is trying to rebuild prewar America. Using ideals derived from 1950's television, like the Andy Griffith show and Leave it to Beaver, they brainwash and condition people into acting like these characters; a false prewar ideal.
In typical Enclave fashion, they only want "special" people. Notable leaders, scientists, and people with low amounts of radiation. No mutations and little exposure to any harmful substances are a plus. They abduct these people, drug them, and run medical tests. When they awake, they find they are in a nearly new, fully furnished "apartment" with electricity and plumbing. Clean, prewar clothing is the only thing around them.
While here, they will find that everyone in the "Village" is oblivious to what is going on. They unconditionally follow all orders and have zero sense of individuality. The use pre designated names and callsigns, whch are pinned to their clothing at all times.
The way they are kept in this state is through experimental drugging, propaganda, and interrogation. Music and white noise will play a running theme. You could have a cup of tea laid out for you by your personal maid, and have it contain a drug.
Sometimes, the drugs fail. You may find that a Villager has a bad side effect, snaps, and begins attacking random people. The course of action for this would to be ignore it, and wait for the security to take care of the problem. Others may choose to try and restrain the Villager, but that is a blatant violation of the Village's social etiquette, and said person would be scheduled for re-education.
This entire time, the players will be trying to find who is the leader of this place, and what its purpose is. Will they succumb to the propaganda and vices of their captors, or will they be a true individual, with a pure and honest revolt?
Have any other questions, ask me. There is a main narrative that people will follow, but if they constantly adhere to commands, the story will end with them becoming brainwashed villagers.
