I know this has probably been posted a thousand times but i need to voice my frustration.
I am a pretty hardcoe gamer in my 30's, I have been playing games since I got my first atari 2000 when i was 12 years old and have owned nearly every console that's been release since then. Never have I played a game that has been released in such a shocking state.
Some of the bugs and glitches you can live with, getting stuck in rocks, floating enemies, dodgy sound sync, bad rendering. These are bad glitches but do not occur too often to make them game breaking.
The freezing on the other hand is just plain unforgivable, a porblem that must have been very apparent before release as I have not met 1 single player of this game who has not encountered total system freeze serveral times a day while trying to play this game. Has Bethesda ever given a comment about why they allowed the game to be released in this state? the game is broken, an expensive beer mat at best.
It has me wondering for the 1st time in 20 years if there is some legal course of action that can be taken against a company selling such a product, a company who has made millions out of gamers by selling them a broken game. Money talks, maybe if they had to start paying compensation to the millions of frustrated gamers they would actually do some game testing on their products.
As much as I love the fallout series, I hope this game is the end of Bethesda, anyone who buys another product from these charletons is a fool, Oblivion and fallout3 had the same freeze issues but to a much lesser degree, totalled about 3 crashes in my full oblivion play through and maybe 4-5 in fallout 3, With New Vegas total system freeze can occur 3-4 time per day. Why with known issues on previous games would you even consider using the same game engine again, why would you relaese a game knowing it will crash constantly?
im tired of this game for far to long we been letting game developers get away with this dam lazy ass work and lack of drive to make a game as good as it should be, Case in point a list of [censored]y games i played this year that could have been alot better with a little more drive and the will to make sure its done right not HALF ASS
Fallout NV
Mafia 2
Alpha Protocol
dead rising 2
it seems to me that alot of devs have got in to this I DON'T CARE attitude LETS MAKE MONEY ANYWAY WE CAN, the only company i have respect for is rockstar / take-two They have proven them self over and over again to support the game they make LET use know what happening via there website and daily updates to facebook, new DLC and !!!!!!!1"THERE READ THERE FORUMS"!!!!!!!!! almost all the patch and 2 dlc packs can from them reading fourms. Below are the numbers and names to ask for, also under that are our righs as a Consumer and The Six Basic Rights

The Six Basic Rights
The Right to Be Safe
The assertion of this right is aimed at the defense of consumers against injuries caused by products other than automobile vehicles, and implies that products should cause no harm to their users if such use is executed as prescribed. The Right was established in 1972 by the US federal government, the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has jurisdiction over thousands of commercial products, and powers that allow it to establish performance standards, require product testing and warning labels, demand immediate notification of defective products, and, when necessary, to force product recall.
The Right to Choose Freely
The right to free choice among product offerings states that consumers should have a variety of options provided by different companies from which to choose. The federal government has taken many steps to ensure the availability of a healthy environment open to competition through legislation including limits on concept ownership through Patent Law, prevention of monopolistic business practices through Anti-Trust Legislation, and the outlaw of price cutting and gouging.
The Right to Be Heard
This right asserts the ability of consumers to voice complaints and concerns about a product in order to have the issue handled efficiently and responsively. While no federal agency is tasked with the specific duty of providing a forum for this interaction between consumer and producer, certain outlets exist to aid consumers if difficulty occurs in communication with an aggrieving party. State and federal Attorney Generals are equipped to aid their constituents in dealing with parties who have provided a product or service in a manner unsatisfactory to the consumer in violation of an applicable law. Also, the Better Business Bureau is a national non-governmental organization whose sole agenda is to provide political lobbies and action on behalf of aggrieved consumers.
The Right to Be Informed
This right states that businesses should always provide consumers with enough appropriate information to make intelligent and informed product choices. Product information provided by a business should always be complete and truthful. Aiming to achieve protection against misleading information in the areas of financing, advertising, labeling, and packaging, the right to be informed is protected by several pieces of legislation passed between 1960 and 1980.
The Right to Education
To have access to programs and information that helps consumers make better marketplace decisions at all times or a place where they can be orally educated.
The Right to Service
To convenience, to be treated with courtesy and respect, to responsiveness to needs and problems and to refuse any services offered.
