Does the fallout 4 app work on windows tablets?

Post » Wed Dec 02, 2015 8:11 pm

I have been looking for a straight answer on this for hours.

I would like to use the app, but I want to use it on a tablet so I have a bigger screen. But before I purchase a windows tablet just for the Fallout app, I would like a definate answer that it will work on it.

are there any windows tablet users out there that have tried and can confirm that the app does or does not work on it?

As long as said tablet is using the Windows phone 8.0, 8.1 or 10 OS it should work.

Any tablet or phone that is a windows 8 or better... even a desktop or a laptop can run it.

Also, the app is not even out yet for windows so..... hold your horses.

No I think it only works for phones. I have the Nokia 2520 tablet and it tells me to download the app on my phone. my tablet is an rt based tablet, but I'm almost certain even the surface pros wont be able to download it, I have a w10 PC and it tells me the same thing . I do have it on my Nokia icon running wp10 though.

My Lumia 635 with 8.1 phone can't download it. Says it needs 1gb of RAM even though according to the specs the 635 has 1gb of ram.

As I'm typing this I just downloaded Bluestacks onto my Surface Pro 2 w/ Win10. Works fine, at least in demo mode since the game's not out yet for me. The app is 4:3 ratio, so it won't cover the entire screen. It goes completely full screen on my iPad, though, since it's a 4:3 screen that fits the app.

If it works on the Surface that's my pick, since I can do alot more with the Surface than with the iPad.
