No. Every single one of them are violating the date and subject to DMCA takedown by gamesas. I think Twitch and gamesas staff are both asleep right now or they would have all been DMCA'd and banned. There was a bunch of them earlier today that were stopped.

November 10th is the stream date for most people. There's apparently some people who have 'express written permission' from Bethesda to begin streaming November 9th according to @TwitchSupport on Twitter.

they are not allowed to stream. The game is not even out yet. People who stream are doing it knowing well, that they risk their channel and whatnot in process.

This community is not aproving such activity at all.

I believe the mods invited a PM of the links.

They have been doing well, but they too need to sleep.

I've reported a number of the streams through Twitch myself, and likewise sent PMs to an administrator here, but yeah, neither group seem to have staff awake at the moment to address this. This is especially frustrating since the main region that broke street date that I'm aware of is Europe and this is their afternoon.

There appears to be a fair bit of activity coming out of Germany, for example.

Jeez there's so many of them, kinda shocked tbh. Hitbox doesn't seem to have any early Fallout 4 streams though.

Why do you bother to report them, what's it to you?

Because it hurts streamers who are honest and wait, and I support a number of those streamers and Twitch as I can.

Yeah they need the sweet admoney. So they have to be the "first".

Without realising that this train has already left the station a long time ago.

Yeah, this^, if I was a good person and cared. Since I'm not - because it causes spoilers to spread like wildfire and I don't want any of those. Can't even listen to music on youtube now for fear of running into some.

These are both excellent answers.

It is a laissez-faire attitude of 'why care what others do'

that allows piracy to fester and trolls to turn sections of the internet into cesspits of hate and misinformation.

Calm down now jock. You're sounding like the Badass Brotherhood Guy about to save the internet from it's worst enemy. Itself.

Meh. The problem with releasing product on the Internet is not a lack of regulation but rather a lack of understanding that any product release has liability to be copied - its inevitable & really some thing unenforceable (in civil govt)legitimately without infringing on citizens own property.

Even the USA without copyright enforcement would, I think, still yield a great many honorable/supportive clients.

I respect that because I'm waiting until launch to stream/do videos since I have to of course.

honestly, i think it shouldnt be too hard techincally for twitch to simly make it not possible to play at least under the fallout 4 game tag...but they always only react when pressured by players...illegal streaming means a lot of clicks, viewers and therefore ad money for them...
