Personally I've already found those:
- Grim Reaper's Sprint now step of Action Boy toes.
- Low VATS accuracy + Melee ennemies + Bullet Time VATS = Open VATS at range (so you're not being hit during it), select yours shots then wait, wait, wait, and wait for maximum accuracy then unleash shots. Don't seems bullet time makes every battle more dynamic than the old VATS.
- Solar powered requires maximum Endurance, and part of it's effect is to give you +2 Endurance.
- Everyone have been made bisixual but Ladykiller/Black Widow doesn't affect everyone.
