I would like to add the power armor (from X-01 Power Helmet) "Targeting HUD" upgrade to both the Synth Helmet and Synth Field Helmet. Preferably added from a workbench.

Since the GECK has not been released, what tool would be the best to make this?

Any tips on how to make it would be a bonus!
