Are companions the only romance options for our player character, or do you think there will be other NPCs who will be romanceable?

Also, will the Lady Killer/Black Widow perk work as it did in previous games (as in, adding the option to flirt our way out of certain situations), or will it just make it easier to succeed in ordinary speech checks with the opposite gender (and also make them easier to kill)?

Based on what I have seen about the companions I am really hoping you can romance more than just companions. At this point the only people that would know are the leakers or people actively seeking out spoilers.
