I bought it from green man gaming because they had a 20% discount, and there are no benefit from buying a physical copy (other than getting the box), as I understand it, even if you have a disk, you will need to download the full game like with skyrim. So all you really buy is a steam game code. As for when it gets delivered, it depends on the retailer. If you bought a physical copy, it could anything from tomorrow to a week from now, from what I have heard. If you bought a digital version, you should have access to a key by now to be able to start downloading. I got mine 2 days ago I think (digital code that is). check what it say on your deceit.
