( meant to say that if we wait American Time Line there will be around 7 hours delaying ? cause when they are in 00:01 we will be like 07:01 or something like that ) i hope you guys simply answer my question .... WAR WAR NEVER CHANGES !!!!

if I recall, according to steam it will be available at 3 am in sweden. Also think i have seen 0;01 CET, which would be gmt +0, or -1 if you have daylight saving time I think. not 100% sure though.

Edit. I guess you would add the daylight savings time to your time zone, and not the mentioned time, but you get the point.

Alright, so on steam it says 1 day and 1 hour till release atm of this posting. I'm in the netherlands and its 01:10. That would mean Thuesday at 02:00 am if they are spot on. Could be wrong though.
