Xbox One Resolution Question?

I've heard it's 1080p 30FPS on both consoles. Is there a final confirmation if this is the case since we are near midnight release?

Yes. Todd Howard at E3 said that Fallout 4 was 1080p 30fps on both consoles. Of course, PC can go beyond those constraints.
