Game crashes as soon as I press play in the launcher : Fallout 4

I still couldnt play this game. After I click play in the launcher the screen goes black and crashes. My rig:

i5 4440 3.1GHz, 8GB Ram, GTX 750M (2GB). All drives updated. Windows 10.

Maybe is a win 10 problem? I had several issues with games and win 10 recently.

Its running now, although very poorly.
