Beginner tips (stat points, etc)

I'm no expert but here are some tips for people just starting the game that I've learned so far:

1. Stat points: you want to give each at least 3 points

2. Pick up everything! A lot of stuff are classified as junk but their materials can be used to construct stuff later

3. When you get to a work bench it's a good idea to hit square and transfer all your junk to the bench. This frees up a lot of weight on your character. If you need it later you can always come back to any workshop and get your stuff.

4. The 10MM pistol is a great starter weapon. You should focus on modding it out before moving onto other weapons.

Okay that's all I have for now but I'll be editing this as I discover more post any tips y'all got below too ;)

1. Not necessarily. I have 3 stats at 1. Strength, Endurance, and Luck. I haven't run into any serious issues in 5 hours of game time by doing this. I'm just more fragile.

2. Yep. Every item in the game has a use. All of them.

3. Yeah, anything stored in one workbench can be accessed from any other workbench.

4. It is a great starter weapon. But ammo for it is extremely hard to come by in the early game. I've been constantly running out. .38 ammo is far more plentiful, and is used by the pipe pistols.
