What is it Bethesda has against bald men?!

Not 'balding' men, I mean men who shave their heads. As far back as I can remember, Bethesda games have buzzed and horseshoe hairstyles, but nothing (NOTHING) with just a clean-shaved head. I always have to either wait for a mod or mod it in myself. Is it so difficult to simply have a no hair 'style'?

I'm pretty sure I saw a completely bald style.

I cycled through them all - I remember the first option being stubble, then it going right to horseshoe with really short hair, etc.

It's possible I missed it, but I'm pretty sure I checked every style.
