Why are the keyboard shortcuts for dialogue the arrow keys on the keyboard (really far away from where either of my hands is resting), rather than the WASD keys (where my left hand already is)? Can this be changed in the options somewhere?

I found this odd too. At least you can just click with the mouse pointer instead. There is no rebinding option for these commands until someone manages to extract the full controlmap file from the game archives.
