Fallout 4's Simulation Speed is Tied to Framerate

Here's an example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r4EHjFkVw-s

What does this mean? Basically it means that the game will function differently based on the framerate you're getting. Remember how in Skyrim, the physics got totally wonky (to the point of the opening scene not working)? Well that's because the game's physics were tied to its framerate.

In this case, as I understand it, the higher the framerate becomes, the faster everything in the game becomes. So, if you have a particularly good computer you may have to deal with everything moving too fast.

Just a heads up.
