My tilde button does not magically conjur up the Console Commands. After trying every button that isn't 'Crouch' or a letter, I'm wondering if this command line is - somehow - not included in the configuration file of my Steam version.

Anyone do me a big one and find this line for me, and where it would be at?

Works for me with the ~ key.
