restarted run since the midnight start and now did 2nd play of the initial escape from vault - no spoilers, will just say already saw a very minor but meaningful addition.

hopefully, the rest of catching up to my prior 6-7 hours of play will have these small tweaks.

I didn't notice it either. How about posting it in the spoilers forum? My curiosity is getting the best of me.

All the patch did was alter the executable to fix an audio driver crash. The game's content was unchanged.

Either was there before patch but i just missed it, or added/enhanced.

If there before patch, either graphic glitch or blending made spotting so hard, i missed it on run i waited 5 years to do and hyper aware / searching, after patch on 2nd run, it was in my face obvious and guaranteed to spot.

Yes the content mentioned above was there before the patch.
