I cannot assign my supply lines after re-assigning provisioners.

I had a caravan from Sanctuary City to Abernathy, and Tenpines bluff to Sancutary city. (was a loop that continued down to to 5 more settlements and back).

I colonized Red Rocket and wanted to adjust the chain from Tenpines to Red Rocket, and Red Rocket to Sanctuary City.

I ressigned the Tenpines provisioner, he is working crops, and the supply lines on the map shows nothing to Sanctuary City now,

I went to assign a settler in Red Rocket to Sanctuary Supply, but Sanctuary was greyed out, not selectable.

So, on a whim, I reassigned the provisioner from Sanctury to Abernathy, and tred to assign the Red Rocket Settler to supply Sanctuary again.

Sancturary was still greyed out.

I did send a provisioner (not assigned a route) from Abernathy to re-home at Red Rocket.

So now I can't send ANY provisioners from ANY settlement to Sanctuary City.

One more bug, Abernathy got raided early on, about 1/2 the tatos never grow back when I repair them, they consumed a tato and stay dead, no matter how long I wait or what settler I assign them. They are the ones on the west side, 2 rows, with a few on the third row as well.
