Help please, movement bug when going in a straight line? : Fallout 4

Edit: Resolved.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Just bought the game yesterday and it's pretty much unplayable. Moving in a straight line in any direction causes the stuttering. If I strafe while moving I can usually avoid it. I've tried vsync on and off. I've tried windowed borderless mode and full screen mode and no luck.

Running Windows 10 / i5 4670k / Gigabyte GTX 770 4GB / 1440p resolution.

I've tried starting a new game and no luck. My GPU drivers are current. It's not framerate, that holds steady between 50-60 no problem.

New to the forums so I guess I can't post links, but I've got a youtube video I just uploaded showing the problem and a link to pcpartpicker with my full build. If anyone could let me know how to make those available it would be appreciated.

Is Steam overlay on or off?
Try turning it on, if its off.

Just turned it off, still having the issue.

Never mind, figured it out. Apparently my Ducky Shine 3 had some repeat delay or auto repeat thing turned on. Turned all that off and it's working normally now.
