I installed the game on xbox one but i noticed that you have to wait till 15 percent before being allowed to enter the install screen where it goes through the "Special" videos. Is this normal or should i be able to enter this screen right away even at zero percent. This also means if i go to the "Special" and "Stand By" video screen in the main large box which has the green percent number that the percentage will be lower than the one that shows up on the blue backround vault boy square icon in the queue. If anyone else noticed this or knows if this is correct or not or maybe something wrong with my installation please let me know. Thanks.
