Micro Stuttering Needs To Be Addressed

Post » Wed Dec 02, 2015 10:38 pm

This was a small issue I had with Skyrim on Xbox 360, but Fallout 4 on Xbox One seems to be much worse as it happens everywhere in the game world. It's not so much the frame rate, but more so the camera stuttering when looking around. For example, if you're strafing right, and begin panning the camera down and to the left, you'll get a really noticeable stutter effect, enough to where it's affecting how I control my character's movement. This only seems to happen when walking and looking. If you stand still and look around, it seems fine. This happens indoors and outdoors as well, it's not just specific areas, it's everywhere.

Speaking of stuttering, the sprinting mechanic while in 1st Person also stutters really bad, but remains relatively smooth while in 3rd. These issues really need to be looked into.

Same bro it pretty much runs like trash on xbox one at certain areas and even in random areas. Its great when it runs smooth which really doesent happen all to much in combat. I have been playing it anyway but it would of been so much more fun with out.

Same situation for me stuttering everywhere. This is super annoying but sadly I don't believe it will be fixed. I think it's the Xbox and it's weak hardware. I've done some searching on YouTube and it's seems that with a high end pc you can configure it to stop this stuttering. Makes me wish I was still into the personal computer world. I gave that up years ago. But it keeps calling me.

Count me in...we need a performance tweak something to counter these drops and studders.

Yeah I hope to see a fix soon. Just another reason to get back into PC gaming.
