Shelves and corners are your friend for item decor. Also, kill Wadsworth? IDK.

Kill.. You must KILL them all.. They are ALL AGAINST YOU.. KILL Wadsworth..

That may be what the Raiders are forced to listen to daily, apart from the Wadsworth part.

I find having the Pre War Theme helps, A LOT. Also, put stuff upstairs - he doesn't go into your room.

best solution for wadsworth:

1. push him to the door

2. SAVE

3. shoot him 2-3 times, not enough to kill him.

4. go out the door

5. wait a few seconds to see if he comes out too - if he does turn him to ash or goo

6. if he didn't come out, go back in shoot him again

7. go outside, see if he follows

8. reload until successful

Ha ha. Hilarious thread-- I had to reload a save once when I went upstairs to get some desperately needed shut-eye and Wadsworth and Dogmeat blocked the door so I couldn't get back out of my room. :swear: I didn't think of sending Dogmeat elsewhere and running after him.

I'd shoot Ol' Wads in a non-modded game, but with one of the "increased realism" mods like FWE that Purified Water he supplies starts to become really meaningful. Too bad his Humor Emitter Array is so limited. He needs about 40 more terrible science jokes.

He is a tremendous pain in the butt but I cant bring myself to kill the bucket of bolts...I pushed him in the spare room and shut the door on him....it took him a while but he still eventually made it out..... :banghead:

Lol Ive had that happen, bought the pre-war theme and went back in my house to find Wadsworth stuck in the bedroom, i simply got behind him and pushed his heavy metal ass all the way down the stairs and in to the corner next to the chairs. Now he never moves from that spot :celebration:.

Dogmeat stay at the top of the stairs but i hate it that after every big mission he goes back to 101 to get stuck (glitched) in the rocks lol.

If you play on pc get the http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=11532 mod It has an option to lock items in place so they can't be moved, or bumped out of place.

Lucky you, he goes into mine. I've got a couple of characters where he's basically taken up residence and I have to shove past him to even get to my bed. Really tempted to start leaving a Pulse Mine under my pillow. And a couple in the doorway. Yeah, I'd have to place everything again...once. :swear:

Yeah, I noticed this too. When I had Pre War he stayed pretty still at the bottom of the stairs.
Now I am using Vault theme he is back to his annoying self.

I dont know...I kinda wanted for my first playthrough to be without mods, will this do anything except item lockdown?

Also in best case I dont want to kill him, free haircuts, water and jokes :D

What would you suggest? In first playthrough use modes? And if which ones?

That's the sort of mod you should be using on your first playthrough. It doesn't affect gameplay, but it does fix massive, glaring issues.

I just killed him, I mean, he only knows like, 4 jokes, you can write them down if you want, he can give you water, so what, you can but it of find it, or leech it off him and then kill him. He can give you a haircut, if you have Butch as a companion, he can give you a haircut, he is far less annoying, also, snowball or something? That ghoul that does jet in underworld gives you haircuts for free (not like anyone makes you pay for them...) He can tell you "what does the workbench do?" seriously...?

You will need the latest version of FOSE, and fomm, but if you are trying to get achievements you should probably wait until you are finished with that, because fose disables windows live. If achievements aren't an issue then go for it. It's definitely not a cheat mod. All it does is make it so you don't have to kill your butler lol ;)
