Depositing Caps

Post » Thu Dec 03, 2015 3:31 am

Hello fellow fallout players, I've run into a small issue and I was wondering if any of you has a solution. Thing is that I want to know how to deposit my caps into another container like a ''safe'' or ''lockbox''

from my inventory.

I remember this option was available on fallout 3/NV and it would show your bottle caps in your inventory but this is not the case with fallout 4.

that is because you can't i do not think, there is no reason to do so anyway, as they are completely separate from your inventory now.

my reason is to place the caps I earned from my shops in the settlement to a more convenient place which is my little office with a safe:) but apparently this small feature had to be excluded for no particular reason.. if you say so.

but again, how is that "conveniant"? they do not weight anything, they do not appear in your inventory, not sure what reason there would be to put them anywhere.

see it as a bit of roleplaying, I'm boss of my settlement and I want my cash to be in safe place which currently is a small office I made, and it can be put somewhere automatically, Like the income from shops those caps appear in your workshop inventory.
