Will I be able to change the in-game subtitle to Traditional Chinese if I buy the digital copy from Canada PSN Store? (PS4)

I really want to pre-order!! Please confirm this!!

Ok, on the website, it explains about the hard copy:

In North America, Fallout 4 supports English/French voice/text.
In Asia, Fallout 4 supports English voice/text and English voice / Traditional Chinese text.

Please note that on consoles, you may need to adjust the system level language settings to gain access to additional languages.

What about digital copy?? My system level language is Traditional Chinese on PS4.

Does that mean I can buy the digital copy from Canada PSN Store and get traditional Chinese in-game subtitle like how it works for GTA5?

Some developers demand customers to buy digital copy from Taiwan/Hong Kong PSN Stores to get traditional Chinese in-game subtitle though.

Please. Can anyone from Bethesda confirm this... please...

I am not sure how it works for consoles, but 'traditional Chinese' subtitles are available (source: Steam).

I've contacted both Canada PSN Store and Bethesda...

The funny thing is, Canada PSN told me to ask Bethesda because they are developers,and Bethesda told me to ask the retailer (Canada PSN)... lol
